Sammy Boy, guitarist for Solid Gold and Joker’s Belief, has been writing spoken
word and hip hop verses for around 3 years, but has kept it to himself untill
recently, where he started placing these verses to Anxt’s beats. The words try
to deal with the harder issues in life that people seem too scared to talk about.
His main influences tend to come from the UK poets such as Jam Baxter,
Chester P and Dirty Dike.
Sammy Boy 是 Solid Gold 乐队的吉他⼿，也是 Joker ‘s Belief 乐队的吉他⼿，他写
歌词已经有3年的时间了，但是直到最近他才把这些歌词放到 Anxt 的节拍中。这些词

Hailing from Cape Town, South Africa, ANXT fuses an array of
musical elements to create moody electronic soundscapes. Set to
the backdrops of urban field recordings with hip-hop carved beats
that takes you on a journey of the world that he’s lives in.

Maikel is a Dutch bassist playing various music styles ranging from
rock, blues, folk, R&B and hip-hop. He has performed extensively in
China as well as in his home country, including numerous music
festivals and several Spring gala TV performances. Other bands
include “The Amazing Insurance Salesmen”, “Wu & the Side-effects”
and “Nimah”.
Maikel是⼀名荷兰⻉斯⼿，他演奏多种⾳乐⻛格，包括摇滚、布鲁斯、⺠
谣、R&B和嘻哈。他在中国以及荷兰参加了⽆数次的演出，包括很多⾳乐

The Slow Blade is an artist from the UK who has been creating in China for the
last decade. As the founding member of the art rock band Guiguisuisui he has
toured China, Taiwan, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore,
Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, and all across Europe, and in 2016 they was
presented with the ‘Band of the Year’ award at City Weekend Beijing’s annual
awards show as well as being featured on the cover of 通俗歌曲 magazine,
China’s longest running rock and roll magazine.
