If there’s one album that catches the dystopian feeling of our times, it might be Macondo II, the new album from the post rock/prog rock band based in Beijing.
This new album is like a very long instrumental song that stretches from powerful moments to others more quiet and melancholic times.
With a very well produced sound that sometimes comes close to the music of a film that could have been directed by Michael Bay (Transformers), Macondo takes you from quiet desperation to rage and hope.
Have a listen it’s on all platforms.
