Nick Parsons, first of all, where does that name come from? What does it mean ?
This name is from two of my favourite musicians，Nick Drake and Gram Parsons.
What do you think of the Beijing Underground music scene ?
Beijing Underground music is hopeful,in fact, many musicians are world class but not famous,people can see they’re shining.
What’s your favorite music to listen to ?
My favorite music, it’s hard to choose…great musicians like Bob Dylan,Neil Young, David Bowie, Syd Barrett, Hendrix, Kraftwerk an so on, of course Nick Drake and Gram Parsons, they’re my teachers and my favourite.
How long have you been doing music ? What was your first instrument and why did you start a rock band to begin with ?
I’ve been doing music solo for just one year since the first solo show. Before that I had a Led Zeppelin cover band in college and I was lead guitar. I love classic rock, that is where I started.

1. My solo projects, about every possibility of music. 2. A Folk duet with my female partner. 3, I’m going to start a new band soon, psychedelic style
